PROFILE
Miss Comfort Dede, is a Deputy Chief Health Tutor (Midwifery Training College Bolgatanga, Upper East Region. Prior to this position, she worked as a Nurse/midwife at Bongo District Hospital and Regional Hospital Bolgatanga, all in the Upper East Region. She also worked at the Talensi District Hospital (formerly Tongo Health Centre.
She is a self-motivated Master of Public Health Promonen holder from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom. She had her Diploma in Registered General Nursing (RGN) education at the Bolgatanga Nurses Training College and Registered Midwifery certificate from Midwifery Training School, (now Nursing and Midwifery Training College) Kumasi and later pursued a BSc in Nursing at the University of Ghana, working with a Health Training institution to train competent, polyvalent midwives. Hardworking, reliable, and having considerable working experience. She is also an assessor/examiner for Nursing and Midwifery Council, Ghana and a part time lecturer for University of Cape Cost and University for Development Studies, Distance Learning Centre, Midwifery Training College, Bolgatanga Campus.
Currently, she is a Deputy Chief Health Tutor (Midwifery) in the College and her vision statement is to be the best in all she does and wherever she goes.
